Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of Caesar products (“Product”) by Vow Group Pty Ltd (“Supplier”, “we”, “us”) to you (“Customer”, “you”). Caesar is a brand of Vow Group Pty Ltd. By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and have a delivery address within our current delivery area (see our Shipping Policy) to place an order.

2. Permitted Use

The Product is supplied to you for personal topical use on healthy skin of the scalp only. It must not be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to use in a food, a therapeutic good, feed intended for consumption by animals, or in an agricultural chemical. The Product must not be resold.

3. Directions for use

For topical cosmetic use on healthy skin only. Do not inject. Do not apply to broken, irritated or infected skin. Use as directed on the pack and in the instructions provided, including for the derma roller. Store as directed on the pack and use by the best before date on the vial. We recommend a brief patch test 24 hours prior to first application.

4. Warnings

Derived from Japanese quail sources. May contain trace proteins. Do not use if allergic to poultry. Discontinue use if irritation occurs, and seek medical advice if it persists. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding due to limited clinical data in these populations. Do not use the derma roller on broken, irritated or infected skin, and do not share it.

5. Ingredients

Water (Aqua), Pentylene Glycol, Japanese Quail Embryonic Fibroblast Extracellular Vesicles, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Chloride, Caprylyl Glycol.

6. Cosmetic Product

Caesar is a cosmetic product designed to improve the look and feel of your hair. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. If you have a scalp condition or any concerns about your scalp or hair, speak with your doctor before use.

7. Product Handling and Storage

You should handle the Product in compliance with any documentation supplied alongside the Product. We are not responsible for issues caused by handling or storage contrary to that documentation after delivery.

8. Liability

(a) Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

(b) Subject to clause 8(a), to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for: (i) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of the Product; and (ii) any adverse reaction, loss or damage arising from your failure to follow our directions for use, handling and/or storage of the Product, or the warnings above.

(c) Each party’s liability under these Terms is reduced to the extent caused or contributed to by the other party.

9. Price and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is due in full at the time of placing an order. We reserve the right to vary prices between orders. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price, we’ll contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

10. Orders and Pre-orders

We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to limited stock, a pricing error or suspected fraud), in which case we’ll refund you in full. Pre-orders ship from the date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation, and you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. If we can’t ship a pre-order by the date we’ve told you, you can choose to wait or get a full refund.

11. Title and Risk

(a) Title in the Products passes to you upon us receiving payment in full for those Products.

(b) Risk in the Products passes to you when the Products are delivered to you.

12. Change of Mind and Non-Conforming Products

(a) You can cancel your order (including a pre-order) for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, other than under our 90-day money-back guarantee (see our Refunds and Replacements policy).

(b) If the Products delivered are damaged, faulty, incorrect or do not conform to their published specification, please contact us. We will replace the non-conforming Products at no additional charge, or refund you if you prefer.

(c) We will not be liable for non-conformances arising from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.

13. Feedback, Reviews and Photos

If you send us feedback, reviews or photos, you agree we can use them internally to understand how our Product performs and to improve it. We will only publish your photos, name or testimonial with your separate, express consent. Where a customer has received a refund, free product or other benefit, we’ll disclose that alongside any published review or testimonial.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Products, including their formulation, branding, and packaging, remain exclusively with the Supplier. You must not reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate the formulation of any Product.

15. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
