Shipping and Refunds
Shipping
During our launch period, Caesar ships to the Sydney metro area only, and shipping is free on all orders.
How it ships
Orders are dispatched from Sydney via Australia Post, with tracking. Caesar does not need to be refrigerated in transit.
Dispatch days
All orders are dispatched from Sydney every Wednesday, excluding NSW public holidays. Pre-orders ship from the date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Delivery times
Once your order is on its way, Australia Post usually delivers it within 2 to 5 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
On arrival
Store as directed on the pack and use by the best before date on the vial.
Delivery address
We ship to any address in the Sydney metro area, including PO boxes and Parcel Lockers. We can’t currently ship to addresses outside the Sydney metro area. If you need to change your delivery address, email info@caesarhair.com before your order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Lost, damaged, short or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, short or incorrect, contact us at info@caesarhair.com with your order number and photos, and we will replace it.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll look into it with Australia Post. If it’s lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
Refunds and replacements
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. This applies to all orders, including pre-orders. After that, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, as Caesar is a skin-contact product that can’t be resold once it has left us. This doesn’t affect our 90-day money-back guarantee below.
Non-conforming product
If your order arrives damaged, short, or incorrect, contact us at info@caesarhair.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected vials at no cost, or refund you if you prefer.
Pre-orders
If we can’t ship a pre-order by the date we’ve told you, we’ll let you know and you can choose to wait or get a full refund.
90-day money-back guarantee
If you use Caesar as directed for 90 days and you’re not happy with how your hair looks, we’ll give you your money back. To be eligible:
- Send us a “before” photo. Before your first application (or within 7 days of it), take a photo of the top of your head and your hairline in good light, and email it to info@caesarhair.com. This marks the start of your 90 days.
- Use Caesar as directed for 90 days, including the weekly derma roller step.
- Send us an “after” photo. At day 90, take a photo from the same angles and in similar lighting to your before photo.
- Claim within 14 days of your 90-day mark. Email your after photo and order number(s) to info@caesarhair.com.
We’ll refund up to three packs bought in your 90 days to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your claim. One claim per customer, for orders placed at caesarhair.com.
We use your photos to confirm you’ve completed the 90 days, not to second-guess how you feel about your results. We handle them in line with our Privacy Policy and will never publish them or use them in advertising without your separate, express consent.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our 90-day money-back guarantee is in addition to these rights. To make a claim, follow the steps above; we cover any costs of making a claim.
Nothing on this page limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those rights apply, they operate in addition to anything stated here.
